Inspiration or Desperation
We are either getting Better or Worse….we are either moving Forward or Backwards.
We are 2/3 way to the end of the year. Funny how time flies.
Have you achieved your fitness goal you set in the beginning of the year?
Perhaps, you have surpassed it and are in the best shape of your life! If that’s the case Congratulations and Keep It Up!
Or, did you start and fall off the fitnesswagon and are stagnant or worse case, struggling and in worse shape then the start of the year?
You can have a workout plan designed by the best trainer in the world, a sound nutrition meal plan designed by the best dietitian in the world and still not get any results.
Why?
Albert Eistien said it best….”Nothing Happens Until, Something Moves!”
That’s not only related physically, but more importantly, Mentally. Everything starts in the Mind. You have to have the Right Mindset to achieve ANYTHING in life.
A fitness colleague Craig Ballytine, creator of one of the best fitness info product Turbulence Training interviews Bill Phillips on his New book TRANSFORMATION:
Bill talks about the importance of having the right mindset. He shares what it takes mentally before you see results physically to ultimately change your body and achieve your Overall Best Results. I really enjoyed his interview and learned alot and you will too. Click => HERE to listen to the interview of Craig Ballytine and Bill Phillips.
We are coming down to the wire with the year, so get your mind straight so you can get your body tight and achieve your fitness goals.
